Developing a daily practice of love, and this week you’re challenged to start a gratitude journal. Yes, a literal journal where you buy a book and every morning you write three to five things that you’re grateful for. It’s amazing what the practice of gratitude can do for your day. Thinking about the things that we’re grateful for can completely shift the mindset from negative to positive in an instant.
Now, I have special double-dare. This week I want you to create a gratitude list for someone you love. That is, write ten things that you’re grateful for about that person. You can make it even sweeter by writing it on a card and giving it to that person on a special day. Even something that simple is likely to make their heard sing.
